Respondus contract renewal begins in the Spring semester.
The current license term for the CSU Consortium purchase of Respondus is August 1, 2009 - July 31, 2010.
Once the Chancellor's Office has paid for the software and the campuses have been billed for their piece, keys will be available. An email will be sent out to the technical contacts at each campus to let you know how to get a copy of your new key information.
The CSU SWAT Consortium only handles the Respondus 3.x software. To license additional products like the LockDown Browser, StudyMate, etc please contact our Respondus Account Manager directly:

Two new resources were announced in November, 2009 for the recently released Moodle integrations for Respondus 4.0 and Respondus LockDown Browser. Short demonstration movies are available by clicking the links below:

Flash Demonstration and Training Movies - A series of Flash movies are available at http://www.respondus.com/demos. These resources can be used for introducing and training instructors on the Respondus LockDown Browser software.
Quick Start Guides - Quick Start Guides for both Faculty and Students are available for Respondus LockDown Browser. These can be downloaded from http://www.respondus.com/quickstart. Each Guide is 1-4 pages in length and contains the essential information for getting started.
Administrator Guide - The Administrator Guide can be downloaded from the Administrator Area for Respondus LockDown Browser at http://www.respondus.com/campus-portal. This Guide gives complete instructions for the setup and management of Respondus LockDown Browser. Respondus highly recommends reviewing the Administrator Guide before using the Respondus LockDown Browser Control Panel or distributing the Respondus LockDown Browser Software to faculty or students.
Knowledgebase & Support - A knowledgebase for Respondus LockDown Browser is available at http://www.respondus.com/esupport. If a problem cannot be resolved using the user guides, administrator guides, or knowledgebase, a support ticket can be submitted from this same web page.
